Manna and some Quail

Thank you for your contributions for food! We found it difficult to imagine that they didn't have enough food beyond their maeli staple food (corn meal they use in almost every meal). However, we didn't hear anyone complaining, and they recognize being short of some food gives the children real life perspective. The children most likely will go through seasons of life with less so this might help prepare them. I have thought of the Israelites wandering in the desert. God gave them manna each day, but they couldn't store any for tomorrow. I like to think I depend on God for my daily provisions, but I like having a stock for at least a week. Not to say having stock is wrong, I'm just not sure how much I must depend on God for it, at least in perception. He is our provider for sure. And He has been kindly leading me to trust Him wholly. I say kindly because he could have just dropped me off the cliff into dependence, but He has been allowing me to see His hand in trusting Him.
