Dates & Maps

I guess i should have included a little more information so here we go: We purchased our plane tickets.  We depart Phoenix on January 16^th at 8pm.  Then we spend the next 32 hours on planes and in airports before arriving in Harare, Zimbabwe.  We travel by car from Harare to the town we will be spending much of our time in Zimbabwe: Chiredzi.  Hippo Valley Christian Mission is based (basically) in Chiredzi.  We are staying in a currently vacant home in the orphanage compound. Many of you may remember my parents took our family to Zimbabwe back in 1983 to a mission hospital called Mashoko.  Chiredzi is about a two hour drive from Mashoko (Chiredzi is a town whereas Mashoko is a small township).

Then on April 7^th we leave Harare, Zimbabwe and fly to London.  Here we start our European travels for two weeks.  

Then on April 24^th we leave London for Port Au Prince, Haiti where we arrive on Saturday, April 25^th.  From Port Au Prince we travel south to the town of Jacmel.  We will spend most of our time around Jacmel with Children’s Hope orphanage.  Attached to Children’s Hope are schools that meet in area churches (four block walls and tin roof).  We will visit these as well.  The first week of May, Sovereign Grace Church in Gilbert (our church) is sending a team to help at Children’s Hope. 

The exact date of our return to Phoenix is still open.  We will probably buy these tickets sometime in the spring.
